A drier week ahead after a weekend of rain and clouds
A drier week ahead after a weekend of rain and clouds
Rain chances begin to drop throughout the work week.
MACON, Ga. — Today is going to be another day very similar to yesterday. We will have lots of cloud cover and some continued gustier winds, which will keep our high temperatures in the lower 80s this afternoon. Similar to yesterday, there is a chance to see some occasional showers today, but expect rain to be light and short-lived.
The moisture sticks around to start off the work week as well, but rain chances begin to decrease as we head into Monday. Drier air will hopefully begin to filter in on Tuesday and Wednesday, decreasing rain chances and finally allowing for some clear skies in the later part of the week. As clouds begin to clear throughout the week, high temperatures will begin to find the mid to upper 80s once again, but our overnight lows should drop into the lower to mid 60s. Hoping for a much drier week ahead!
