Teen charged with murder of woman in Warner Robins, police department says

The teenager and another man were arrested in connection to the murder of Latrinda Williams, who was shot and killed on Oct. 22.

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A teenager, alongside another man, was arrested in Warner Robins on Wednesday in connection to a murder according to a Warner Robins Police Department press release.

The release said Roriquez Davis, 18, was charged with four counts of aggravated assault, murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Another man, Lamante Brown, 33, was charged with four counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, according to the release.

Both were arrested in connection to the death of Latrinda Williams last week.

A WRPD release said Williams, 51, was found dead around 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 22 within the 200 block Suzanne Drive, near Deloris Toliver Park and Green Street. The release says Williams was found shot in the head.

Emergency responders tried to resuscitate Williams but was then pronounced dead on the scene. Neighbors told 13WMAZ they heard two gunshots between 9:45 p.m. and 10 p.m. but police could not confirm that.

Lieutenant Justin Clark says Williams did not live at the home but was friends with the people who lived there.

They say the shooting is under investigation. If you have any information, you are asked to contact Detective Karmen Thompson. You can reach her at 478-302-5380. You can also contact the Macon Regional Crimestoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
